Zavitz Insurance is a leading provider of insurance and group benefits to professionals and professional groups in Ontario and selected communities across Canada. The company has a rich history in Southwestern Ontario, and a reputation for quality, expertise, and a family-style approach to client service. Following a comprehensive market research, positioning and messaging exercise with Zavitz, to establish a clear understanding of Zavitz’s business development goals, defining brand characteristics and service culture, the next logical step was a comprehensive identity project that included a naming refresh, a visual rebrand, and a communications planning project.
Central to this process was clarifying the true voice of the Zavitz brand when communicating with clients, partners and prospective clients. The solution involved a reimagination of the Zavitz look and feel, as well as its brand voice, tone and style. The result was a modern, sophisticated brand system, use guide and rollout plan that stewarded a reinvigorated brand position to set the company apart in a crowded, competitive marketplace, and a new name to illustrate the full depth and breadth of the business - Zavitz Insurance + Wealth. A communications audit, including commonly used assets and the company’s annual communications cycle, was also conducted to define priorities for the 2020 fiscal year.
