Pathways Employment Help Centre is dedicated to connecting people to jobs, and jobs to people. Their team of Employment Specialists provide personalized, tailored support, from one-on-one coaching to various workshops, skills training, certifications and more. And they do it all at low or no cost. Unwavering in their commitment to their mission to unleash people's potential through employment, skills training and advocacy, Pathways recognizes that a job is more than a job - it’s hope, confidence and direction.
With an evolving services landscape, changes in oversight and funding, increased geographical reach, and ever-changing communications trends and preferences, they needed some extra support breaking through the noise and successfully engaging with potential clients.
Our goal together was to boost the number of job seekers coming to Pathways, through a comprehensive, multi-channel strategy designed to reach them where they were, and in a way that resonated. Via research and discovery, we created positioning that reflected the emotions, challenges and unique needs of job seekers, as well as the language and vernacular they were already using. This refreshed positioning was then carried across a variety of print and digital tactics, from posters and pop up banners to transit shelters, search and display ads, and more.
In just 8 weeks, this campaign saw tremendous engagement, with close to 3,000 visits to the campaign website, over 290, 000 digital ad impressions, and 175 new client leads.
